I want to change/cancel my subscription
Your subscription can be managed within the settings of your phone. Open the Settings app > Tap your name at the top > Tap Subscriptions > Tap Tonelab App > Tap Change Subscription Plan or Cancel Subscription
Why is the app freezing or glitching.
This is most likely due to a corrupt file. Swipe up and restart the app.
I paid for a subscription but the features are locked. How do I unlock them?
Sometimes when the app updates you need to restore your purchase. This is simple to do. First click on the sandwich menu on the top left. Now click the restore purchase button to restore all of the features on your subscription.
My imported photo/videos are gone.
Photos and video imported into Tonelab are not stored in any external server and only exist within the application on your device. If the application is deleted or you get a new phone, the imported media is deleted as well as it is not saved to your account and cannot be restored.
